2 Good Health is conducting Summer Speed & Agility Camps for all athletes ages 15 - 18. This camp is an intense program designed to prepare your athlete for his/her next big try-out or major competition, such as football combines or baseball/softball recruting camps, etc. 2 Good Health will maximize your sprint technique and improve your agility through proven and highly effective drills, instruction, and physical training.
