Carl House invites you, your family and friends to the next Wine Pairing dinner, April 15th. Don?t miss this opportunity to learn about and experience wines from right outside your front door, and around the world. This month?s featured wines include Mistinguett Cava; Quattro Mani Tokai; Whitehaven Pinot Noir and Mionetto Moscato Dulce and our Executive Chef, Terrell Johnson will create a scrumptious menu to highlight the delicate flavors of the featured wines. ? Beer battered Brie Cheese and Raspberry Melba Toast
? Asparagus and Wild Mushroom Salad, Spring mix Sundried Tomato and Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette
? Salmon Wellington, Grilled Salmon fillet, Spinach, Shrimp and Goat Cheese in pastry served with Cantebury Jasmine Rice and a Brown butter Beurre Blanc Sauce
