Augusts "First Tuesday" speaker will be Barrow County School's Superintendant Dr. Wanda Creel.  Dr. Creel will be speaking on the Barrow County School System's new Charter School designation, how it will affect the school system, and what it means for Barrow County.  Dr. Creel will address the many questions about what differences there are between a "normal" school system, and a Charter School system.
