Groundbreaking // Auburn DDA

The City of Auburn's Downtown Development Authority (DDA), alongside RGS Development and Main Street Auburn, is holding a major groundbreaking ceremony for the downtown revitalization project known as Waterworks on 4th!

There will be great food, commemorative t-shirts, and a ceremony complete with golden shovels! The "Waterworks on 4th" project is an effort to transform Auburn's historic downtown into an activity hub. The plans include building a new two-story structure for first-floor retail and second-floor lofts, relocating the famous Whistle Stop Shops near the caboose, and creating cohesive green gathering spaces.
