Join Women in Business for an impactful self defense class taught by Sgt Marc Pharr with the Auburn Police Department and 3rd degree black belt and owner of Anthem Martial Arts, Kristian Woodmansee! You'll learn techniques, awareness, and confidence through this hour long class. 

Please wear breathable, comfortable clothing that is not lowcut. Jewelry is also discouraged!
