Job Overview and Requirements

Build relationships. Inspire generosity. Strengthen community.

Are you ready to bring your talent and expertise to an innovative non-profit organization providing quality programs to the largest growing segment of our population? Do you thrive on connecting people to causes that matter? Are you energized by building meaningful relationships, creating memorable experiences, and helping people invest in building a vibrant hub for aging?
At the Center at ACCA, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to age well and live well. Every day, we work to strengthen our mission and make that vision a reality.
We are seeking a dynamic, people-centered Relationship Coordinator to join our Development Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves connecting with others, championing a mission they believe in, and turning relationships into lasting impact.
About Us: Founded in 1967, The Center at ACCA is a private, non-profit organization serving older adults and families in 26 counties of Northeast and East Georgia. The Center serves more than 17,000 older adults and caregivers annually through innovative programs and partnerships that enable them to remain connected, independent, healthy, and engaged in their communities.
Our Story: Older adults are the fastest growing segment of our population in Northeast Georgia. Throughout The Center at ACCA’s history, we have offered vital services to older adults and adults with disabilities that meet the current and emerging needs of this population. As the population of older adults continues to grow rapidly across our region, so does the need for creative programs, strong community partnerships, and passionate advocates who are committed to building a future where everyone can age with dignity and purpose.
The Center at ACCA is seeking a Relationship Coordinator to strengthen connections with donors, partners, volunteers, and the broader community. Reporting to the Director of Development, this role focuses on cultivating relationships to secure financial support and advance our mission. Responsibilities include donor engagement, event planning, fundraising, community outreach, physician outreach, and advocacy.
The ideal candidate should have a background in nonprofit management, business, marketing, or a related field, with at least three years of fundraising and marketing experience. A valid Georgia Driver’s License is required.
