Our 24th Annual Literacy Ball - A Novel Affair - will be held at the Winder Community Center located at 113 East Athens Street in Winder. Hors d'euvres at 6:30, Dinner at 7:00, Live music and Raffle from 8:00 - 11:00. Catering will be by The Georgia Club, the cash bar will be by Top Dawg Tavern, with live music by Back in Time Band. Funds raised by the Literacy Ball and grant sources have created computer labs, started new classes, hired staff, and purchased testing equipment. More than 11,000 students have been supported by Adult Litarcy Barrow since 1993.
